Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the technology of using software automation to automate repeated business processes done by humans. We’ll start with an introduction to RPA specially in the ecosystem based on the open source tool Robot Framework and Python. Then present our experiences and challenges with automating lead processing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our customer.
