Karriäreföretagen recognizes employers who offer unique career and development opportunities for both recent graduates and young workers who have already been working for a few years. The road to becoming a Career Company
All organizations and companies in Sweden have the opportunity to become a Career Company 2023. Initially, the candidate needs to meet a number of basic criteria. To finally receive the Career Company badge, those who qualify must also pass all the steps of the Career Company selection process. The selection process aims to ensure that high quality employer branding work is carried out, and that the employer meets the requirements to be an attractive employer.
About the Selection Process
All organizations and companies in Sweden have the opportunity to become a Career Company. The selection process aims to ensure that high quality employer branding work is carried out. Initially, candidates need to meet a number of basic criteria and are then reviewed by a panel of experts who rate them according to:
- Organizational career pages: information, quality and dynamics
- Presence and quality of social and other digital media
- Activities towards students and professionals
- Attractiveness as an employer in external surveys
