How to become a career company
All organizations and companies in Sweden have the opportunity to become a Career Company 2024. Initially, candidates must meet the basic criteria. Those who qualify must then undergo the entire selection process. This process aims to ensure that employers not only conduct effective employer branding but also meet the necessary requirements to be attractive employers. The emblem is awarded only after all steps have been completed.
About the Selection Process
All organizations undergo a thorough review by the Career Company’s expert panel, consisting of specialists in HR, web development, career counseling, social media, and marketing.
- Organizational career pages: information, quality and dynamics
- Presence and quality of social and other digital media
- Activities towards students and professionals
- Attractiveness as an employer in external surveys
After careful evaluation, the expert panel assigns a score on a scale from 1 to 10 for each specific criterion. Only the top 400 employers that receive the highest scores advance to the next stage in the process. Then, it is the Career Company’s jury that appoints the employers who receive the Career Company 2024 award.
